The self defense training was arranged for the female employees keeping in mind the importance of self defense in today's scenario. The trainer, Mr. Ashtad Rustomji, has an experience of over 13 years of Martial Arts, Fighting Systems and Reality Based Street Fighting and Self Defense Training, including Military Combatives and 5 years of teaching experience.

Training Objectives

  1. To train the female employees on self defense.

  2. To impart basic knowledge and skills required for protection.

  3. To ensure safety on and off the road.

  4. To train female employees to defend themselves in a variety of situations.

  5. To increase self confidence among the female employees.
